Connecting Vets provides financial support for small, essential expenses "when funds are available." This includes assistance with utility bills, deposits, application fees, work clothing, food, gasoline, and bus tickets—helping veterans bridge critical gaps as they pursue stability, employment, and dignity. CV2R is not federally funded and relies solely on public donations to provide this assistance.
Encourage veterans to seek healthcare with the local VA Outpatient Clinic, apply for VA disability rating, and visit other veteran service organizations for wraparound services.
Help veterans apply for replacement DD Form 214 and other service records.
